Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the CarTune AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by BARIŞ KAYGISIZER (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects the following types of information when you download and use it:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Photos/images you upload — Vehicle photos that you voluntarily provide for AI image processing (see "Third-Party AI Image Processing" section below)
• User ID — A unique identifier created when you use the Application

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide its core car-modification features. Specifically, when you use the image generation feature, the photos you upload are sent to a third-party AI service (Replicate, Inc.) for processing. Details on exactly what data is sent, to whom, and how your consent is obtained are described in the "Third-Party AI Image Processing" section below.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to userId and uploaded images. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Handling of Uploaded Images

To provide the core car modification features, the Application requires users to upload photos of vehicles. These images are transmitted securely to our servers and then forwarded to Replicate, Inc. (a third-party AI image processing service) solely for the purpose of applying the requested AI visual transformations and generating the modified image.

We explicitly state that:

• We do not use your uploaded images to train, retrain, or improve our base AI models.
• We do not claim any ownership over the images you upload.
• Uploaded images and their generated results are kept on our servers only for a short, temporary period necessary to deliver the result to your device, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Replicate, Inc. processes the images solely for the purpose of generating the requested output and does not retain them for model training.

Third-Party AI Image Processing

The Application relies on a third-party AI service to generate modified car images. Below is a clear summary of how your data is handled in this process:

What Data Is Sent

When you use the image generation feature, the following data is transmitted to the third-party AI service:

• The vehicle photo(s) you upload — The image(s) you select from your photo library or camera are sent to the AI service for visual transformation.
• A text prompt describing the desired style — A system-generated description of the visual modification you selected (e.g., style name, modification parameters). This does not contain any personally identifiable information.

No other personal data (such as your name, email, location, contacts, or device identifiers) is sent to the AI service.

Who the Data Is Sent To

Your uploaded images and the associated text prompts are sent to Replicate, Inc., a third-party AI infrastructure provider based in San Francisco, CA, USA. Replicate hosts and runs the AI models that perform the image transformations. You can review Replicate's privacy policy at https://replicate.com/privacy.

How Your Consent Is Obtained

Before any image data is sent to the third-party AI service for the first time, the Application presents a clear, in-app consent prompt that:

• Explains that your uploaded vehicle photo will be sent to a third-party AI service (Replicate, Inc.) for image processing.
• Describes what data will be transmitted (your photo and a style description).
• Requires you to explicitly agree before proceeding.

You may decline this consent, in which case the image will not be sent and the AI-powered feature will not be used. As the Application's core functionality is built around AI-powered image generation, declining consent means you will not be able to use the image generation features. If you no longer wish your data to be processed, you may stop using the Application at any time.

Data Protection by the Third Party

Replicate, Inc. processes your data in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. They do not use the images submitted through our Application for training their AI models. Images are processed transiently and are not retained after the generated result is delivered.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Google Analytics for Firebase — Used for app analytics and crash reporting. Privacy Policy

• RevenueCat — Used for in-app purchase and subscription management. Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@cartuneai.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (support@cartuneai.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-04-17.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
